Notes: He passed the Bar in 1876; became Judge for Nebraska’s Western district and brought his family to the Lexington-Kearney area. The family of Hector and Mary Sinclair moved permanently to Kearney in 1888 where the Judge spent the rest of his life in various forms of law including Superior Court Judge of Nebraska.
