Notes: They immigrated to America arriving in Philadelphia on the ship "Pennsylvania Merchant" 11 September 1731. They then traveled west on the Great Philadelphia Wagon Road to settle in the Kreutz Creek Settlement in York County, Pennsylvania. Their son, George Frederick Willheit, born 16 July 1723, at some point journeyed to what is today Thurmont, Maryland. Friederich had a cousin Johann Michael Willheut who migrated to Virginia.
